Inclusive cycling programme co-ordinator

Would you like to lead the delivery of cycling sessions designed for people living with physical or cognitive disabilities and those with support needs?  Do you have the skills and experience to ensure sessions are safe, welcoming, well-organised, and tailored so every participant can enjoy cycling in a way that suits them?  Further details can be found in our job description.

Role Type: 2 year contract (with ambition to make permanent)

Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 depending on experience

Location: Cyclability Oxford (Horspath) and Wheels for All Witney (Woodgreen)

Hours24 hours per week including delivering fixed sessions on Tues (am), Weds (pm), Fri (am) and some Saturdays (am).  Other hours can be flexible.

Administrator

Part time role (flexible/school hours)

The Administrator ensures the smooth, efficient running of the organisation’s operations — supporting Bikeability delivery, workshop activity, community programmes, volunteers, and internal systems.
