DIY workshop

Hire a stand, get advice and fix your own bike

On a Thursday evening, you can hire a bike stand, use our tools and get advice from one of the mechanics or volunteers.  You can also buy new or second-hand parts to fix your bike.

The DIY workshop is aimed at people who have some experience fixing bikes but just need advice, or the reassurance of a mechanic being there if it all goes wrong!

We charge £10 per hour that you are with us. The coffee pot is always full and there are (sometimes) biscuits in the tin!

The workshop is accessible by bike and on foot from Corn Street or Ashcombe Close, a 2 minute bike ride from Witney Town Centre.

We are on the S1 bus route linking Oxford, Witney and Carterton. Alight at the Witney Bus Garage stop a 1 minute walk/wheel away.

We only have 2 car parking places on site, so unless you have a blue badge, please park nearby and walk/wheel in.
